At the end of 2023, Alda was selected by Gartner, a global leading research and consulting firm, as one of the leading technical solutions providers that provide metrics and goal setting in diversity and inclusion (DEI). Their customers include: Aker Solutions (NO), Avalanche Studios (SWE), The Icelandic Parliament (ICE), Deloitte Iceland (ICE) and Arion Bank (ICE).
Alda was founded in 2020 by Thorey V. Proppe and her co-founder, Sigyn Jonsdottir, joined in 2022. Today, the team consists of 14 people that are driven by our passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
